So this is my first blog post, ever. I’m not really sure how this works but I’ll give it a shot. I just returned home from an amazing 10 day trip to Greece where I was able to tour down south to the beautiful islands of Mykonos and Santorini as well as the cultural capital of Athens. In Athens, it’s really amazing how you could be walking down a street with modern technological advancements on one-side, and on the other lies ruins from thousands of years ago. It’s really a surreal experience. I found the food to be predominantly better in the capital than in the islands, but it’s impossible to match the serenity you can find by going south and relaxing on some of the beaches. Each island has a different vibe and it’s worth checking out multiple if you have the time on your trip which is usually pretty easy by plane or by ferry. I love Ibiza, and unfortunately didn’t get the chance to party in Mykonos during the prime months so I’ll have to come back either this June-August or next so I can make the comparison on which is more fun!
