The topography in Colombia is amazing. Whether you’re in the beaches of Cartagena, the city of Bogota or Cali, or Medellin a tropical city tucked inside of the mountains, the country will never cease to amaze you. While here try the coffee and the empanadas. There is a long standing rivalry between Colombia and Argentina over who’s empanadas are better. Don’t tell anyone, but I prefer the Colombian empanadas given they are fried, and less doughy.
