I highly recommend doing a tour of the La Maddalena Archipelago. You can book a cheap tour by boat which is a 7-8 hour day. You typically will see three island, Budelli, Spargi, and Santa Maria. The first two are absolutely gorgeous and the water is something you would see in a tourist attraction, it almost looks photoshopped it’s so beautiful.
