Get an amazing view of Rome through the Knights of Malta Keyhole on Aventine Hill – one of Rome’s best kept secrets. Use the footpath Via San Sabina to Piazza Cavalieri di Malta. You’ll also get a great view of Trastevere and St Peter from the Orange Garden at Santa Sabina

Walk around Trastverse it is a beautiful little area with cobblestone streets and awesome restaurants

A common staple in Rome is cracking a raw egg on top of the finished pizza pie. Not my thing, but maybe that appeals to you? When in Romeright?Try Pizza al Taglio, or Pizza by the Slice. It’s almost like a flat breadpizza and very different from the pizza you’re used to seeing. The other type of pizza in Rome is Pizza Romana Tonda which is a round pie similar to Neapolitan but the crust is cracker thin.
